Low Carb Air Fryer Wrap Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 wrap tortilla
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste or tomato sauce
- ½ cup /50 g shredded cheese
- 4 fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 4 slices chorizo
- Dried oregano, to taste
Step-By-Step
1) Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 1 minute.
2) Place the wrap tortilla in the air fryer basket or tray.
3) Spread the 1 tablespoon of tomato paste or tomato sauce evenly over the wrap.
4) Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top.
5) Add the sliced mushrooms.
6) Place the chorizo slices on top, Finish with oregano to taste.

7) Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are crisp.
8) Carefully remove from the air fryer, slice, and enjoy right away.
