Ingredients
For 2.2 lb (1 kg) pork (cut into bite-sized cubes):
- 2.2 lb / 1 kg pork, cut into cubes
- 1 tablespoon salt
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 cup/240 ml white wine
- ½ onion, sliced
- 1 small bunch fresh parsley
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions (Step-by-Step)
1) Cut the pork into evenly sized cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.
2) Add the salt, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and paprika directly over the pork.
3) Toss in the sliced onion, minced garlic, parsley, and bay leaf.
4) Add the white wine and olive oil over the mixture.
5) Use your hands or a spoon to thoroughly combine all ingredients, making sure every piece of pork is well coated.
6) Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the fridge.

7) Marinating time:
- Minimum: 1 hour (lighter flavor)
- Recommended: 4 hours
- Best results: up to 8 hours
