  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions (Step-by-Step)

1) In a bowl, season the pork tenderloin pieces with garlic powder, salt, black pepper, dried rosemary, and lemon juice. Mix well and let it rest for 15–20 minutes.

2) Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

3) Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add one crushed garlic clove and the bay leaf.
Add the pork and sear for about 2 minutes on each side until lightly golden. Remove and set aside.
